Job summary

PT Ajaib Sekuritas Asia is seeking a People Operations Admin to support day-to-day administrative work with a data-focused lens. Fresh graduates in HR/Management/Business/Psychology are welcome, and you will maintain employee data, organize documents, and assist with onboarding/amortization of tasks.

This is a 6-month contract with potential for future opportunities. You will work to keep records audit-ready, manage tracking sheets, and support data reconciliation and reporting across People

Qualifications

• Strong spreadsheet skills with formulas; familiarity with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; able to handle sensitive data.
• Fresh graduates welcome from HR/Management/Business/Psychology.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to own tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data across spreadsheets and HRIS.
• Build and manage tracking sheets for all People Operations paperwork tasks.
• Organize employment documents and keep records audit-ready (WLKP, WLFK, E-PKWT, and other related paperwork).
• Support onboarding/offboarding administration (Onboarding Preparations, monitoring probation record, Offboarding).
• Assist with data reconciliation, reporting, and ad-hoc People Ops tasks.
