Job summary

PT MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is seeking a motivated customer service and sales associate to join our team in Indonesia. You will guide consumers and partners in using our products, handle inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.

The role requires good Bahasa Indonesia, basic English, 2 years max experience or fresh graduates, and a minimum D3/S1 with GPA 2.75; typing 50 WPM with 90% accuracy, and vaccination with three doses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide consumers and partners in using our products.

• Provide excellent customer service to consumer and partners base.
• Maintain good relationships and community-building efforts with consumers and partners.
• Support projects from all verticals including registration, acquisition, and sales transactions.
