Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA in Bogor seeks an entry-level Customer Service and Sales Associate to support consumers and partners across Indonesia. You will guide users of our products, handle inquiries and disputes, and uphold excellent service standards.

You will educate customers on campaigns and troubleshooting, build relationships, and resolve issues with empathy and care. Requirements include min D3/S1 with GPA 2.75, strong Bahasa, basic English, and 50 WPM typing.

Qualifications

• Min D3/S1 major with GPA 2.75
• Clear articulation and good Bahasa communication
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in sales
• Typing speed 50 WPM and 90% accuracy
• Empathy and energy
• Vaccinated 2 doses
• Fresh graduate to 2 years in same position
• Attention to detail and adaptability
• English speaking (passive)

Responsibilities

• Guide our consumer and partners in using our products
• Manage service enquiries and disputes arising from our consumer and partners
• Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base
• Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our consumer and partners
• Support project from all verticals including registration, acquisition, and sales transaction.
• Educate consumers and partners on Company products, promotional campaigns, as well as troubleshooting when they have difficulties.
• To resolve consumers and partners problems quickly and effectively with empathy and care.
• Perform administrative tasks involving a partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner, information, etc).
