Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is seeking a customer service-oriented professional to support consumers and partners. You will guide product usage, manage inquiries and disputes, and maintain strong relationships while educating customers on campaigns.

The role requires 2 years or less in a similar position, strong typing, and bilingual communication in Bahasa and English, with fresh graduates welcomed. The position is based in Jakarta with a dynamic, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Min D3/S1 in any major with GPA 2.75.
• Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Typing speed of 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Strong empathy, energetic, and agile behavior.
• Fresh graduates welcome; max 2 years in same role.
• Ability to speak English with at least passive competency.

Responsibilities

• Guide consumers and partners in using our products.
• Manage service inquiries and disputes from consumers and partners.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and partners.
• Maintain good relationships with consumers and partners and build community.
• Support projects across registration, acquisition, and sales transactions.
• Educate consumers about products and promotions; troubleshoot issues.
• Resolve problems quickly and empathetically.
• Perform admin tasks related to partner accounts (credit top-up, info changes).
