Job summary

PT RREX International Logistik is seeking a Customer Service representative to join our team and provide excellent service to customers throughout the logistics process. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth shipments.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of customer service experience in logistics, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
• A degree in Communication Studies is highly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service in logistics or related industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to handle complaints professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints related to shipment and delivery services.
• Provide accurate information on shipment status, schedules, and delivery processes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Delivery for smooth shipment handling.
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on delays to provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare customer service reports.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints related to shipment and delivery services
• Provide accurate information regarding shipment status, schedules, delivery processes, and logistics services
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Warehouse, and Delivery to ensure smooth shipment handling
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on delivery issues or delays to provide timely solutions to customers
• Maintain accurate customer records, update shipment information, and prepare relevant customer service reports

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major
• A degree in Communication Studies is highly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, preferably in a logistics, freight forwarding, courier, or related industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, responsive, and able to handle customer complaints professionally
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good administrative and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Position: Customer Service
Location: PIK 2, Tangerang
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday half day)
Salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 8,000,000/month
