Job summary

RPX Palembang seeks an Account Manager to grow the express and logistics business in Palembang. You will hunt new customers, visit prospects, and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in logistics sales, with experience in international/domestic logistics. Driving license and vehicle are preferred. Based in Palembang with RPX Palembang placement.

Keep abreast with industry development and update of sales systems and ensure all procedures and policies are updated.

Review and analyze sales performance and achievement.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 2 years of working experience as a Sales in the Logistic / Express Courier Company required for this position.

Have experience in International / Domestic Logistics.

Preferably a Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

Hands-on sales activities, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of the express courier and logistics distribution industry would be an advantage.

Have the capability to build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients/customers.

Target-oriented and customer-satisfaction.

Have driving license is a must and owning a vehicle is preferable.
