Job summary

Magada & Co invites a motivated Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our Bali team. You will guide customers and partners on product usage, handle inquiries, and promote our offerings with empathy.

You will build relationships and support cross-functional projects, including registrations, acquisitions and sales transactions. The ideal candidate communicates in Bahasa Indonesia clearly, has basic English, types at least 50 WPM with 90% accuracy, and is energetic, detail-oriented, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) with GPA 2.75 or higher.
• Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in sales.
• Typing 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Strong sense of empathy.
• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Energetic and agile.
• Fresh graduates up to 2 years in the same position (entry level).
• Attention to detail.
• Adaptive to dynamic changes.
• Able to speak English with passive proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Guide our consumer and partners in using our products.
• Manage service inquiries and disputes from consumers and partners.
• Provide excellent customer service to consumers and partners.
• Maintain good relationships and community building with consumers and partners.
• Support projects across registration, acquisition, and sales transactions.
• Educate consumers and partners on products, promotions, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve problems quickly and with empathy and care.
• Perform administrative tasks involving a partner's account (credit top-up, changes, etc.).
