Job summary

TELUS Digital in Surabaya is hiring a Customer Operations Specialist to support orders, shipping and returns, and to resolve delivery issues across domestic and export markets. You will maintain systems and communicate order status and invoices to customers, while contributing to process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in customer service/operations, strong ERP/SAP experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service/Operations/Supply Chain.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, with SAP preferred.
• Experience leveraging AI, digital tools, and automation to improve productivity.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Flexible in handling urgent issues, including outside regular hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service activities across domestic and export markets.
• Optimize and monitor shipping and returns, processing complex orders and resolving delivery issues.
• Maintain systems and data related to shipments, inventory and customer demand forecasts.
• Inform customers about order status, invoices and contract balances.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff and participate in improvement projects.
