Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service/Customer Operations/Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proficient in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with specific experience in SAP preferred.
• Experience in leveraging AI, digital tools, and automation to improve productivity and ways of working.
• Demonstrates strong integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Flexible and responsive in managing urgent business issues, including support outside regular working hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and optimize routes for maximum efficiency using routing software.
• Communicate effectively with a team of delivery drivers, providing clear instructions and support throughout their shifts.
• Monitor driver performance and adherence to delivery timelines, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver logs, and customer feedback.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related complaints to ensure satisfaction.
