Responsibilities

• Process sales orders using SAP system.
• Communicate with customers and sales team to achieve OTIF and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with supply chain, quality and production teams to secure supply.
• Ensure data accuracy (pricing, customer master data) and respond to inquiries in time.
• Support finance on accounts receivable/payable, taxation and compliance.
• Improve customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
