Job summary

ABRIHET is seeking an IT SAP Supporter (Sales and Distributor / SD Modul) to join our Surabaya-based team. The role focuses on SAP SD (O2C) support, configuration analysis, and cross-module integration, with English communication and ITIL-based ticketing experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP SD, S/4HANA familiarity, and hands-on exposure to ECC/SAP environments, ready to work in a cross-functional setting and train business users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in SAP SD (O2C) and finance-related
• Strong knowledge in SAP SD
• Understanding O2C business processes and integration with other SAP modules
• Experience navigating or supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
• Knowledge of material ledger is a plus
• Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, problem-solving and ability to do standard SD customizing
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Able to work independently and in teams, across cultures
• Familiarity with ITIL-based ticketing tools (ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, Jira)

Responsibilities

• Secure quality support and assistance in request and incident management in SAP SD (O2C).
• Perform configuration analysis across Order-to-Cash full cycle processes and integration points.
• Translate business requirements to functional specifications.
• Prepare system documentation and manuals.
• Estimate and plan own tasks with proactive follow-up.
• Ensure quality aligned with business needs.
• Investigate information and map business processes to SAP solutions.
• Translate business process flow into SAP Global Solution implementation.
