Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Diploma/Advanced Diploma acceptable
• 1–2 years in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or Logistics coordination
• Hands-on with SAP and Microsoft Office
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provides customer-focused service to assigned accounts from order entry to delivery and invoicing
• Communicates product value and coordinates with sales, production planning, logistics and vendors
• Responds to customer requests, questions, and complaints in a timely manner
• Uses SAP Sales and Distribution for transactions and maintains accurate customer records
• Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery
• Maintains knowledge of ISO procedures and company ethics in all customer interactions
