Job summary

Viction.id is seeking a Customer Relation Staff for a full-time, on-site role in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. You will handle daily customer interactions across digital channels, responding to inquiries about educational products and services and ensuring a positive learner experience.

Collaborate with content and marketing teams to relay customer insights, support campaigns, and drive community engagement.

Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills in Customer Service and Customer Support.
Experience with Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention.
Excellent written and verbal communication in en_US and Bahasa Indonesia.
On-site work experience in Jakarta Metropolitan Area; familiarity with CRM or support tools.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and proactive follow-up.
Interest in education, trading, or digital learning platforms; related experience is a plus.
Diploma or degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field beneficial, though equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities
