Job summary

Magada Tirta Amerta in Jakarta seeks a customer service associate to guide customers and partners in using our products and to handle inquiries and disputes effectively.

You will maintain relationships, support projects from registration to sales, and educate customers on campaigns. Fresh graduates are welcome; English is helpful, and basic admin tasks including account updates may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any major with GPA 2.75.
• Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Typing speed 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Good empathy, energetic and agile.
• Fresh graduate with up to 2 years in the same role; entry level.
• Ability to speak English at least passively.

Responsibilities

• Guide consumers and partners in using products.
• Manage service inquiries and disputes.
• Provide excellent customer service to consumers and partners.
• Maintain relationships and community-building with consumers and partners.
• Support projects across registration, acquisition, and sales transactions.
• Educate on products, promotions, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve problems quickly and with empathy.
• Handle partner account admin tasks (credit top-ups, info changes).
