Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology with GPA 2.75 or higher.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years in the same role.
• Willing to work in shifting schedule.
• Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
• Clear articulation and good Bahasa communication.
• Empathy and friendly tone (smiling voice).
• Good analytical skills and accurate typing.

Responsibilities

• Guide our consumer and partners in using our products.
• Manage service enquiries and disputes arising from our consumer and partners.
• Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base.
• Maintain good relationships and community building with our consumer and partners.
• Monitor channels including call center, social media, and web enquiries and respond timely.
