Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Psychology, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years in Employee Engagement, People/HR, Internal Communications or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal content.
• Basic analytical skills to interpret engagement data.
• Creative, empathetic, collaborative with interest in workplace culture.
• Adaptable and proactive in evolving organizational needs.
• Demonstrates honesty, empathy, and agility in practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee engagement programs, including recognition initiatives, events, workshops, and team-building activities to strengthen connection and morale.
• Execute culture and values-driven initiatives that promote inclusion, wellness, and a positive environment.
• Develop and manage internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.
• Support onboarding and cultural integration initiatives to help new hires understand the company's culture and practices.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback, survey results, and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain engagement documentation and reports to monitor participation and program effectiveness.
