Job summary

PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB) is seeking a Performance Management and Organization Development Specialist to strengthen employee performance and organizational effectiveness. You will own end-to-end performance management, support organization design and development initiatives, and leverage HR data to deliver actionable insights and business recommendations.

Working with People teams and business leaders, you will promote a culture of Honesty, Empathy, and Agility through transparent evaluations

Qualifications

Bachelors in HR, statistics, data analytics, psychology or related field.
Minimum 3 years in organizational development, performance management or HR analytics.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate HR data into insights.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end performance management cycle with goals and OKR alignment.
Facilitate performance calibration for fairness across teams.
Review org structures, roles, and job descriptions for effectiveness.
Support organization design and changes in response to business needs.
Maintain HR data accuracy and drive continuous improvements.
Develop HR analytics, dashboards, and management reports.
Develop and improve performance and OD frameworks, guidelines, and SOPs.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of initiatives.
