You will partner with HR and leadership to embed values in daily work, monitor culture health, and boost recruitment through compelling storytelling in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in culture and employee engagement campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media communications and employer branding.
• Ability to design and run recruitment campaigns across channels.
• Experience with website content management and analytics tools (GA).
