Kop Sehati Makmur Abadi is seeking an Employee Communication & Culture Specialist to strengthen our organizational culture through thoughtful communication and engaging employee experiences.

You will develop and execute internal communications and culture programs, translating company values into practical initiatives across Head Office and branches in multiple cities. Strong writing and project management skills are essential, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Communication or HR.
• 3–5 years in employee communication or culture-related roles.
• Experience with campaigns or engagement programs.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Able to travel to branches when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications plans aligned with priorities.
• Translate messages into clear employee communications.
• Manage internal channels: newsletters, email, town halls.
• Create content: articles, campaigns, presentations, stories, videos.
• Design culture activation plans across branches.
• Measure reach, participation, and understanding of values.
• Collect feedback and analyze survey results.
