Job summary

ISMAYA GROUP in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Culture & Employee Engagement coordinator to execute and coordinate programs in line with the annual plan. The role involves ensuring campaigns, events, and listening activities are delivered effectively, on schedule, and with consistent quality.

The successful candidate will support calendar preparation, coordinate logistics, materials, and communications, and maintain thorough documentation across locations.

Responsibilities

• Execute culture activation programs, campaigns, workshops, events and activities; prepare materials and coordinate with stakeholders across locations.
• Administer and coordinate culture activities: appointments, onboarding, briefing, materials, communication, activity tracking, participation records, and review documentation.
• Support survey and employee listening administration: participant database, communication, survey distribution, response monitoring, FGD coordination, data consolidation, and preliminary reports.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication and follow-up with HR teams, employees, People Leaders, Culture Agents/Ambassadors, and management stakeholders.
• Prepare and execute the annual Culture & Engagement calendar; coordinate program schedules, participants, materials, logistics, communication, documentation, and other execution requirements.
