Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Employee Engagement, People/HR, Internal Communications, Culture, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing programs, activities, and communications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging internal content.
• Basic analytical skills, with the ability to collect feedback, maintain records, and interpret engagement data.
• Creative, empathetic, and collaborative, with a genuine interest in workplace culture and employee experience.
• Adaptable and proactive in responding to changing organizational needs and supporting various initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee engagement programs, including recognition initiatives, company events, workshops, and team-building activities to strengthen employee connection and morale.
• Execute culture and values-driven initiatives that promote inclusion, wellness, and a positive workplace environment.
• Develop and manage internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and engagement campaigns to keep employees informed and connected.
• Support onboarding and cultural integration initiatives to help new hires understand the company's culture, values, and workplace practices.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback, survey results, and engagement metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain engagement documentation and reports to monitor participation, evaluate program effectiveness, and support continuous improvement.
