SPIE Global Services Energy in Balikpapan, Indonesia, is seeking a cost controller to monitor expenditures, prepare forecasts, accruals, and financial summaries for major energy projects.
You will track actual costs against budgets, identify overruns, support invoice verification, maintain cost databases, and provide cost analyses to aid management decisions.
1. Monitor and control contract expenditures and budget utilization.
2. Prepare cost reports, forecasts, accruals, and financial summaries.
3. Track actual costs against budget and contractual commitments.
4. Identify potential cost overruns and recommend mitigation measures.
5. Support invoice verification and payment processes.
6. Maintain cost databases and expenditure records.
7. Provide cost analysis to support management decision-making.
8. Coordinate with Contract Admin and COMPANY representatives on financial matters.
1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control, project controls, budgeting, forecasting, or project accounting.
3. Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost reporting systems.
5. Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial projects is preferred.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English.
7. Having Valid KTP ( Indonesia ID )
