Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a seasoned Operations Readiness Lead in Indonesia to ensure seamless transition from project execution to operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across project, operations, maintenance, commissioning and start-up, driving readiness, procedures, maintenance strategies and training programs.

Qualifications

• 15 years of oil and gas industry experience (owner side not required).
• Experience as an EPC contractor.
• Knowledge of maintenance and integrity build.
• Experience in the same position for the last 10 years.
• Understanding of procedure deployment, start-up, spares parts, maintenance and integration of operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Operations Readiness activities to ensure requirements align with project objectives and schedules.
• Serve as the primary interface between Project, Operations, Maintenance, Commissioning, and Start-up teams.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, maintenance strategies, integrity programs, spare parts planning, and training requirements.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and handover activities for safe transition to operations.
• Ensure operational requirements are integrated throughout engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up phases.
• Monitor readiness progress, identify risks and gaps, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and align project and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership to support successful operational integration and asset operation.

Job description

1. Lead and coordinate Operations Readiness activities to ensure operational and maintenance requirements are delivered in line with project objectives and schedules.

Profile

• Having the 15 years of working experience for Oil and Gas industries (Not necessary to be in owner side experience.)
• Having the experience of working as EPC contractor
• Having the knowledge and understanding of Maintenance and Integrity build
• Having the experience at the same position for the last 10 years
• Understand procedure deployment, start-up assistance, spares parts, maintenance and integrity build, training & operation integration
