Peoplyee is seeking an experienced Human Resources Compensation and Benefits specialist in Jakarta to maintain salary component data, manage insurance for employees and expatriates, and support payroll and tax processes.

You will coordinate expatriate documentation, stay compliant with permits, visas, and tax reporting, and assist with annual audits while keeping Sunfish Payroll data up to date. This role requires strong attention to detail and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in compensation and benefits.
• Experience handling expatriate documentation.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and tax reporting.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update salary component data accurately.
• Manage insurance administration for employees and expatriates.
• Prepare and maintain attendance reports and summaries.
• Support monthly payroll calculations and payment processes.
• Prepare and submit monthly tax and SIPP reports.
• Coordinate expatriate documentation and compliance, including permits and visas.
• Coordinate tax matters with external auditors and assist expatriates with annual tax returns.
• Maintain the Sunfish Payroll System.
• Support compensation and benefits initiatives and projects.
• Handle general HR administration and correspondence.
