Job summary

PT VinFast Automobile Indonesia is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Payroll specialist to manage daily payroll and benefits processes. You will handle attendance, leaves, overtime, and data accuracy.

You will process payroll using SAP HCM, prepare monthly C&B reports, coordinate with HR and Finance, and ensure timely delivery. The role suits detail-oriented professionals with 2+ years in payroll/benefits and good Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit or Payroll.
• Hands-on SAP HCM experience, especially Payroll and Time Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Compensation & Benefit and payroll activities for PT VinFast Automobile Indonesia.
• Handle employee attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related data
• Process and maintain payroll data using SAP HCM, especially Payroll and Time Management
• Prepare and check monthly payroll and C&B reports
• Handle BPJS, PPh 21, and other employee benefits
• Ensure payroll data accurate and processed on time
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and related departments for payroll and C&B matters
• Support other C&B and HR-related activities as required
