Job summary

Beca Group in Jakarta is seeking a Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate, timely payroll services across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, support statutory and taxation obligations, and coordinate expatriate payroll where applicable.

You will collaborate with Finance, People & Culture, external payroll providers, and employees to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, reporting integrity, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in payroll.
• Experience in multi-jurisdiction payroll processing preferred.
• Solid understanding of payroll legislation and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Administer end-to-end payroll activities including changes, leaves and deductions.
• Maintain knowledge of employment legislation, remuneration, taxation, and superannuation.
• Complete year-end payroll processing and reporting activities.
• Support expatriate payroll administration across jurisdictions.
