Confidential is seeking a senior leader to design and continuously refine the company’s total rewards framework, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits, to ensure competitiveness and compliance in Indonesia.

You will lead compensation planning, salary reviews, benchmarking, and severance calculations, oversee benefits programs, payroll operations, and HRIS enhancements, partnering with Finance, IT, and HR to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, HRIS.
• 2+ years in managerial or leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Design and refine the total rewards framework (salary structure, incentives, benefits).
• Lead compensation planning and salary reviews, benchmarking, and severance calculations.
• Oversee benefits programs and payroll operations, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Supervise payroll accounting processes and liaise with Finance/Tax for audits.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and drive mitigation plans.
• Set HRIS priorities and roadmap with IT for data accuracy and efficiency.
• Automate payroll/benefits workflows and enhance HR analytics.
• Partner with department heads to provide insights from incentive impact.
• Support workforce planning with accurate modeling and forecasts.
• Lead a high-performing team through coaching and development.
• Foster service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
