Job summary

Humana seeks a Compensation & Rewards Specialist to design compensation programs, oversee incentive plans, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS/payroll systems, and a solid grasp of 3P compensation concepts.

You will evaluate jobs, apply policy guidelines, and handle confidential data while collaborating with HR and finance teams to support fair and competitive rewards strategies in an Indonesian market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Having Experience of 3 years as Comben/Reward Supervisor.
• Proficient in HRIS & payroll systems, calculating employee income tax, BPJSK and BPJSH.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets.
• Strong knowledge of 3P Compensation Design, Variable Incentive
• Strategy, Job Evaluation, HR policies and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
