Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) partners with a leading consumer goods organization to recruit a Senior Rewards Leader. This role shapes pay, benefits, and retention strategies across Indonesia and international markets, ensuring programs support business goals and employee entitlements.

You will drive market pricing, job grading frameworks, and incentive plan design, while owning the rewards budget and payroll governance to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Experience leading rewards across multiple entities including international ops.
• Expertise in pay benchmarking, job grading, and incentive/bonus plan design.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment and payroll regulations; regional/global rewards knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR data analytics.

Job Description

• Lead the overall rewards agenda across business units in Indonesia and internationally, making sure pay and benefits programs support business goals and meet employee entitlements.
• Build compensation, benefits, and retention programs that keep the company competitive for key talent in every market it operates in.
• Run market pricing and pay structure reviews, using salary survey data to keep programs relevant and competitive.
• Own the rewards budget and ensure programs deliver value in a cost-efficient way.
• Oversee payroll governance so every employee payment is accurate, on time, and compliant with regulations and internal policy.
• Champion the development and optimization of HR technology platforms to make HR operations simpler and more efficient.

Job Requirements

• Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, with increasing scope over time.
• Track record of leading rewards across several business entities, including international operations.
• Hands-on expertise in pay benchmarking, job grading frameworks, and incentive/bonus plan design.
• Strong command of Indonesian employment and payroll regulations; knowledge of regional or global reward practices is an advantage.
• Comfortable with HRIS platforms and HR data analytics/reporting.
• Background in consumer goods or another fast-moving, multi-company environment is highly valued.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
