Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of compensation & benefits experience in multinationals.
• Experience designing and managing C&B programs.
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation & benefits strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design, review, and maintain salary structures, variable pay programs, incentive schemes, and other compensation frameworks.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
• Oversee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Manage budgets and resources for compensation & benefits.
• Drive communication of C&B programs to leaders and employees.
• Collaborate with HR partners, Finance, and external vendors for seamless delivery.
• Support HR transformation and HRIS initiatives.
