Responsibilities

• Manage work orders in the CMMS/EAM system for creation, planning, updating and resolution.
• Organize and assign work orders to technicians or teams by trade and urgency.
• Collaborate with CMMS Administrators to implement standard coding, PM procedures and scheduling.
• Coordinate engagement of vendors and subcontractors for planned and reactive work.
• Work with maintenance team to stage materials, permits, tools and resources.
• Review maintenance data for trends and report to management.
