Job summary

PT CBRE Consultancy Services is seeking a CMMS Planner to provide planning, scheduling, reporting, and administrative support for maintenance activities across a data centre environment. You will ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is accurately managed within the CMMS and aligned with contractual and operational requirements.

You will coordinate with vendors, site teams, and stakeholders to minimize disruption, maintain records, generate routine reports, and support audit readiness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Experience in facilities management, data centre ops, or critical environment maintenance.
• Strong documentation and data integrity practices.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain maintenance schedules within the CMMS and track activities.
• Create, assign, and monitor work orders to meet schedules and procedures.
• Maintain asset, equipment, and maintenance records in company systems.
• Coordinate planned maintenance with vendors, site teams, and stakeholders.
• Track work order progress and ensure close-out documentation is complete.
• Generate routine maintenance, compliance, and performance reports.
• Support audit readiness by monitoring documentation and system data integrity.
