Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Indonesia seeks a CMMS Planner to provide planning, scheduling, reporting and admin support for maintenance activities across a data centre environment.

This role ensures preventive and corrective maintenance are managed within the CMMS and supports operational compliance and service delivery. You will coordinate with vendors, site teams and stakeholders, maintain records, generate routine reports, monitor performance, and help drive continuous improvements in maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning processes
• Able to prepare reports and analyze maintenance performance data
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and service providers
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain maintenance schedules within the CMMS.
• Create, assign, and monitor work orders to ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain accurate asset, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Review schedules to identify overdue activities, conflicts, or risks.
• Coordinate planned maintenance with vendors, site teams, and stakeholders.
• Serve as point of contact for maintenance vendors regarding work orders.
• Coordinate vendor access, maintenance windows, permits, and documentation.
• Track work order progress and ensure close-out documentation is submitted.
• Review maintenance documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Maintain document control processes and audit-ready records.
• Generate and distribute routine maintenance, compliance, and performance reports.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and service delivery.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with facilities management and technical teams.
• Respond to inquiries about work order status and schedules.
• Support transition of maintenance programs for new facilities.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify operational improvements.
