Job summary

CBRE is seeking a CMMS Planner to support maintenance planning and administrative activities across a data centre environment. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance within our CMMS, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements.

You will coordinate with vendors, site teams, and stakeholders to minimize disruption, maintain accurate records, and generate regular performance reports for leadership and client reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Experience supporting facilities management or data centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance in the CMMS.
• Create, assign, and monitor work orders to keep maintenance on schedule.
• Maintain accurate asset, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Review schedules, identify overdue activities and risks.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and site teams to minimize disruption.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors on work orders and access permissions.
• Track progress, collect evidence, and ensure proper close-out documentation.
• Review maintenance docs for completeness and compliance with standards.
