Job summary

PT CBRE Consultancy Services seeks a skilled Maintenance Planner/CMMS Analyst to oversee planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance using the CMMS/EAM platform. You will ensure accurate work order management and reliable maintenance data across facilities.

You will coordinate with technicians, vendors, and the maintenance team, analyze data for trends, generate reports, and drive improvements in PM procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school diploma with 4–5 years’ related experience.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems (Maximo or similar).
• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good MS Office knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders in the CMMS/EAM system for proper creation, planning, updating, and resolution.
• Organize work orders and assign them to technicians or teams by trade and urgency.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for planned and reactive works.
• Review maintenance data for trends; provide regular management reports.
• Provide CMMS/EAM support and user training at the site level.
