Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a dedicated CMMS Planner to support maintenance planning and execution across a data centre environment in Batam, Indonesia. You will coordinate preventive and corrective work, manage work orders, and ensure accurate records within CMMS to meet contractual and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or data centre environments.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain maintenance schedules within the CMMS.
• Create, assign, and monitor work orders to keep activities on schedule.
• Maintain asset, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate planned maintenance with vendors and site teams.
• Track work order progress and ensure timely close-out documentation.
• Generate routine maintenance and compliance reports for leadership.
