PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta is expanding its Cloud Business Unit and seeks a Business Development Manager – Cloud to accelerate cloud adoption across government, finance, and enterprise sectors. You will lead opportunity identification, solution positioning, and go-to-market activities, coordinating with sales, technical, and delivery teams.

You will build partner ecosystems with software vendors and systems integrators, drive revenue growth, and ensure long-term customer success,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development roles within cloud/ICT.
• Proven experience with cloud-related products and services (public/private/hybrid, SaaS, PaaS).
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise digital transformation, and cloud market ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and enterprise cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Strong network in government, education, manufacturing, logistics, finance, e-commerce, fintech, media, or gaming.
• Proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives and strategic ecosystem partners.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to influence purchasing decisions.
• Experience in developing business plans, managing project operations, and driving customer success.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Strong teamwork and proactive working attitude; high responsiveness to customer needs.
• Professional fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

• Identify and develop cloud business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
• Manage customer relationships through opportunity identification, solution positioning, and contract closure.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with software vendors, SI partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Design and position cloud proposals aligned with customer requirements and commercial targets.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to execute go-to-market initiatives.
• Support ecosystem enablement including partner training and certification programs.
• Monitor delivery and customer satisfaction to ensure long-term success.
• Gather market feedback to improve cloud products, services, and strategies.
