Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager – Cloud to drive growth in Indonesia. You will identify and capture new cloud opportunities, manage strategic customer relationships, and build ecosystem partnerships with vendors, SIs, and channel partners.

Ideal candidates possess 8+ years in cloud/ICT business development, deep understanding of public/private/hybrid cloud, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, CS, or IT.
• 8+ years in cloud/ICT business development.
• Experience with public/private/hybrid cloud and SaaS/PaaS.
• Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Drive cloud revenue through targeted industries.
• Identify new cloud opportunities via market trends.
• Manage customer relationships through lifecycle.
• Build partnerships with vendors, SI, channel partners.
• Design cloud solution proposals aligned with requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams.
• Support ecosystem enablement and partner training.
• Monitor delivery and customer satisfaction.
