Nirvana Massage in Canggu, Bali seeks a proactive Front Office Supervisor to manage the clinic’s receptionist operations and ensure a welcoming patient journey from booking to payment. You will lead front desk staff, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in front office or guest relations, strong communication, and experience with booking and POS systems. Fluency in English for international patients is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years in Front Office/Guest Relations/Clinic Reception.
• Degree in hospitality, business administration or healthcare admin preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily front office and reception operations.
• Supervise and schedule Front Office/Reception staff.
• Ensure professional, friendly, and efficient service.
• Handle patient registration, inquiries, payments and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and admin documentation.
• Address patient complaints and service recovery.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to minimize waiting times.
• Manage phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Monitor daily sales, bookings, payments and front office reports.
• Support clinic sales and appointment conversion while upholding service standards.
