Job summary

FŪ Massage in Berawa, Canggu, Bali seeks a Manager with People & Culture experience to own all people-related activities and ensure a simple, fair, enforceable system. You will work on the studio floor with the team and support front desk operations during peak hours.

You are fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with 3+ years in a managerial HR role, and you will build bilingual contracts, lead hiring, payroll and policy compliance to grow with the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a managerial role with HR/People & Culture experience.
• Guest-facing experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness or retail.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written.
• Ability to draft bilingual contracts and letters.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for pay, leave, contracts and concerns.
• Keep team morale and communication strong through regular check-ins and fair decisions.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary matters and exits in line with contracts.
• Run hiring for therapists, front office and support roles and prepare offer letters.
• Oversee payroll, registrations, and compliance with Indonesian labour law.
