Job summary

Nirvana Life Bali is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive efficiency across clinical, front office and support teams. You will monitor staff performance, implement SOPs, coordinate with doctors, nurses and admin, and manage revenue, expenses, inventory, and facilities to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's in Healthcare Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in clinic, hospital, aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare operations.
• Proven managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of clinic operations and patient experience.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
• English proficiency is advantageous for international clinics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations ensuring smooth service.
• Lead clinical, front office, and support teams.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Ensure SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and admin teams.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address complaints professionally.
• Track revenue, expenses, inventory, and other KPIs.
• Ensure medical supplies, equipment, and facilities are maintained.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, training, and manpower planning.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
