Responsibilities

• Receive Chinese customer requests and translate into English or Bahasa as needed.
• Prepare customer documents such as service agreements by deadlines.
• Monitor translation progress and ensure delivery on promised dates.
• Follow up and report on all outstanding activities to customers.
• Serve as the main contact for project orders or completions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services.
• Proactively maintain contact with clients to grow opportunities.
• Listen to client needs and feedback to offer suitable solutions.
• Identify and follow up on client issues with relevant teams.
• Perform other duties as needed per business requirements.

Job description

Provide the highest quality business translation to internal & external customers, in a timely manner, in order to maintain customer satisfaction.

Maintain business translation communication approach towards key customers including business process monitoring.

Manage day-to-day needs of customers in a timely, complete and proper manner as per client needs and SGS procedure.

Maintain a high awareness of SGS services in the market through regular client and prospect interaction.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving China customer business request, translate it into English and or Bahasa if required.

Prepare documents to customers, such as service agreements within set deadlines and ensure that it have followed the correct information.

Monitor translated documents execution and completion as per service promised date.

Follow-up, monitor and report on all pending activities to the customer.

Point of contact for customers with queries about Project order or Project completion.

Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery.

Proactively keep in touch with client, maintaining and expanding business opportunities with existing clients.

Listen to and anticipate the client’s needs and feedback to offer the most suitable solution.

Identity, act upon and follow-up client reported issues and inform the related team as appropriate.

To perform job-related responsibilities and tasks other than those specifically presented in this description as per business need.

PROFILE

Must possess at least a Diploma Degree, any field.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese (verbal, written and comprehension).
