• Must possess at least a Diploma Degree, any field.
• Minimum 2 years in relevant experiences.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese (verbal, written and comprehension).
• Intermediate computer skill (Ms. Word and Ms. Excel).

Responsibilities

• Receive Chinese customer requests and translate into English or Bahasa as needed.
• Prepare customer documents such as service agreements by deadlines.
• Monitor translation progress and ensure delivery on promised dates.
• Follow up and report on all outstanding activities to customers.
• Serve as the main contact for project orders or completions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services.
• Proactively maintain contact with clients to grow opportunities.
• Listen to client needs and feedback to offer suitable solutions.
• Identify and follow up on client issues with relevant teams.
• Perform other duties as needed per business requirements.
