Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate written and verbal translation between Chinese and Indonesian.
• Support project meetings, business discussions, and site communications through interpretation services.
• Translate and prepare official correspondence, contracts, reports, and project documentation.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and cross-functional communication.
• Translate, organize, and archive project documents, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure translation quality and consistency with corporate terminology and standards.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, local authorities, suppliers, and business partners.
• Perform other translation and administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Language Studies or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of translation experience.
• Excellent spoken and written Chinese and Indonesian language skills.
• Strong interpretation and translation capabilities in both languages.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Strong writing skills in official correspondence, business documents, and project documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, execution, and interpersonal skills.
