Job summary

PT SGS Indonesia is seeking a diligent Reporting Staff to join our laboratory team in Semarang. The role focuses on preparing and issuing precise laboratory reports, reviewing results for completeness, and compiling findings to meet regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (or chemistry/quality related), a chemical high school diploma with 2+ years’ experience, basic English, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Chemistry, Quality, or related field.
• Chemical High School graduates with minimum 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate documentation.
• Able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue laboratory testing reports accurately and on time.
• Review test results and ensure all required information is complete.
• Compile testing results and prepare reports based on applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with laboratory teams regarding test results and report completion.
• Review report data for accuracy before release.
• Monitor report turnaround time and maintain related documentation.
