Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia Bogor is seeking an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to lead daily stewarding operations within the Park area, ensuring cleanliness, sanitization, and high standards of hygiene across F&B and related zones.

You will supervise a stewarding team, organize schedules, and coordinate with Kitchen, F&B and Engineering to support smooth Park operations in a large outdoor tourism environment with high guest volumes, especially on peak days.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, F&B, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Stewarding experience, preferably as Chief Steward or Supervisor.
• Experience in large-scale F&B, hotel, resort, theme park, or high-volume operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding operations for the Park area.
• Organize daily tasks, work schedules and manpower for the Stewarding team.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils and F&B gear are cleaned, sanitized, stored and maintained.
• Monitor hygiene standards across kitchen, washing, storage and F&B areas.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B, Engineering and other departments to support Park operations.
• Prepare operational checklists, inventory records, and cleaning schedules.
• Supervise, train and guide staff to maintain cleanliness and standards.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and sanitation supplies.
• Handle issues within the Park's stewarding area and coordinate resolution.

Job description

Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding operations specifically for the Park area, supporting various F&B outlets and operational areas within Taman Safari Indonesia Bogor.

Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery, and other F&B equipment used within the Park are properly cleaned, sanitized, stored, and maintained.

Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards across kitchen, washing, storage, and F&B operational areas within the Park.

Organize daily tasks, work schedules, and manpower allocation for the Stewarding team assigned to the Park.

Ensure sufficient availability of clean equipment and utensils to support smooth F&B operations throughout the Park.

Monitor the proper use of cleaning chemicals, sanitation supplies, and stewarding equipment.

Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B, Engineering, and other departments to support daily Park operations.

Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

Supervise, train, and guide Stewarding staff to maintain cleanliness and operational standards.

Monitor inventory, equipment condition, breakage, and usage of stewarding supplies.

Prepare operational checklists, inventory records, cleaning schedules, and other required reports.

Handle operational issues within the Park's stewarding area and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Ensure the Stewarding team maintains discipline, cleanliness, and professional working standards.

Perform other stewarding-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Stewarding, preferably as a Chief Steward or Stewarding Supervisor.

Experience in large-scale F&B, hotel, resort, theme park, or high-volume hospitality operations is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, cleaning procedures, and food safety standards.

Experienced in supervising and coordinating a team.

Familiar with kitchen equipment, cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and inventory control.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work in a large outdoor tourism environment with high guest volume, particularly during weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.

Physically fit and comfortable working in an active Park environment.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and peak-season periods.

Willing to be placed specifically in the Park area of Taman Safari Indonesia Bogor, Cisarua.
