Job summary

This role requires Indonesian nationality, at least two years in a similar luxury resort, strong communication, leadership, and teamwork with F&B and management, plus physical stamina to handle lifting tasks.

Qualifications

As a Steward Team Leader, you're responsible to oversees the daily operations of the stewarding department within a hospitality establishment, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Also manage a team of stewards, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

This position is only for Indonesian.

• Minimum 2 (two) years experience in a similar role in a luxury resort environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
• Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
