Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia in Bali seeks a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the theme parks, wildlife conservation facilities, and F&B operations, driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will lead digital transformation, ensure safety policies are implemented, and foster a culture of ethics, collaboration, and high performance. A strong background in hospitality or tourism leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management position within hospitality, theme park, entertainment, or tourism industry.
• Strong business acumen with proven commercial and strategic leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
• Digitally savvy with experience in leveraging technology and innovation to improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the theme parks, wildlife conservation facilities, and food & beverage operations to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure the site consistently meets operational standards through regular audits, inspections, process improvements, and the implementation of best practices.
• Ensure the effective implementation of health, safety, and risk management policies to provide a safe environment for employees, guests, and wildlife.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives while enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Foster positive relationships with guests, employees, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of leadership.
• Inspire, motivate, and communicate expectations clearly while fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and accountability.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage all financial aspects of the Business Unit, including budgeting, P&L performance, cash flow, capital expenditure, and project management.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable business growth while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
