Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia Bogor is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Leader to oversee daily operations across guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. You will ensure exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort while guiding a large Housekeeping team and coordinating with Front Office for room readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and cost-control skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of housekeeping experience, preferably as Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.
• Strong hands-on experience in Room Attendant and Public Area operations.
• Experience in managing and developing a large Housekeeping team.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping SOP, hygiene, sanitation, room standards, and hotel operations.
• Experienced in budgeting, cost control, inventory, linen, and housekeeping supplies management.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Job description

Oversee and manage daily Housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort are consistently maintained.

Lead, supervise, and develop the Housekeeping team, including Room Attendants and Public Area staff.

Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure room readiness and smooth hotel operations.

Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, equipment, and inventory.

Manage housekeeping budget, cost control, and operational expenses effectively.

Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and service standards.

Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness and housekeeping services.

Prepare and review housekeeping reports, schedules, and operational performance.

Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness standards across the property.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably with experience as Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel/PMS systems is an advantage.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.

Willing to be placed at Taman Safari Indonesia Bogor, Cisarua.
