Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia Bogor is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Leader to oversee daily operations across guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. You will ensure exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort while guiding a large Housekeeping team and coordinating with Front Office for room readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and cost-control skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of housekeeping experience, preferably as Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.
Strong hands-on experience in Room Attendant and Public Area operations.
Experience in managing and developing a large Housekeeping team.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping SOP, hygiene, sanitation, room standards, and hotel operations.
Experienced in budgeting, cost control, inventory, linen, and housekeeping supplies management.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily Housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort.
Lead, supervise, and develop the Housekeeping team.
